Meet The Team

Expressair International Ltd is about more than just deliveries.  It is about the skills and personallities of the people who make up the company.

Everyone is significant, we can only be as professional as the people who make up the members handling your consignment.  Here are a few of our personalties...

  Arriving as a fresh faced youth, the past 27 years at Expressair have taken their toll on Michael Townsend.   However there is still a spring in his step as he rushes into the office each day to face further challenges and a desire to satisfy the customers every need. If you have a problem, he is your man.  He likes nothing better than to have a reason to stomp around looking irritated.

   Stuart Jack has also spent the last 26 years grinding and polishing the services of the company into the multifaceted gem that is Expressair today. With an extensive knowledge of routes, flights, phone numbers and agents (and an even wider range of bizarre Monty Python quotations), he seeks to achieve the impossible each day. With typical British understatement he is often heard to describe himself as 'just another Superhero'.  It is thought he is referring to the The Joker.

  Another hardy stalwart, Helena Dillon has many years experience in the industry, initially in motorcycle courier despatch before progressing to the sophistication of the International Air Courier market 13 years ago. Originally from Arnold in Nottinghamshire she continues to charm us with her quaint Northern ways. Persistant to the very end, should there ever be a problem with a delivery, you can be sure Helena will be on the case. 

   This is Simon Sutton.  Another lifer with 11 years plus under his belt.  Keen to get into the minutiae of the delivery detail, you can trust him to dot every I and cross every T in the pursuit of perfection. Standing in to help out with any number of roles at Expressair you never know where Simon will turn up next.  Simon is a well known high speed driver with an aversion to braking.  His nickname is Si the Shunt.  For good reason!

This is Rob Hendry.  One of the more recent additions to the Expressair family; keen is an understatement. Deliveries are dealt with in a way only a '20 something' knows how. Given any challenge, Rob is more than ready to get involved.  A fixation with payday means the 28th of any month is a good time to ask a favour.

Nikki's cheerfulness belies his responsibilities as a father of several young children. A 'happy go lucky' chappy, he is always keen to please and an excellent peacemaker.   Just the right sort of person to have around when the stress hits the fan.  (The SAM Rocket is just a model by the way!)
